Springwalk in Switzerland

You may ask yourself now: Switzerland? How does this work in these times? I need to admit that the topic I have chosen is not 100% correct. The truth is: We were out for a hike and we even were in Switzerland. But only in a small region nearby with the name “Elfringhauser Schweiz” (–> Schweiz = Switzerland).

The name probably comes from the hills in this region, but compared to Switzerland they are tiny. The highest hill is a little over 300 meters ๐Ÿ™‚ . With around 7km the hike was perfect for a Sunday afternoon. The sun was shining and the sky was blue. It could not have been much better!

But Corona changed one thing: Even in more rural areas (which this area is) more people than before are outside for walking / hiking. To be fair it was not really crowded. But we had to wait for people passing by quite often.

This was not comparable to spots like the Kemnader See were you really should not go these days. There it IS crowded and there are many people around who permanently ignore all Covid rules. Not good for your health and not good for your nerves ๐Ÿ˜‰ .

Here are some impressions of our tour:

Have a good start into the new week and stay healty! ๐Ÿ™‚
