What does the word hometown actually mean to you? Is it the place where you live? The place where you were born? Or maybe where you just feel good? I think there is no right or wrong about this term. I would even say that the city of Vancouver feels a little bit like a hometown to me. Just because I like the city so much. As you can see the word hometown is more an emotional thing to me.
Is your place of birth inevitably connected with your hometown, even when you don’t like the place at all? This is one question in Bruce Springsteen’s song “My hometown” .Â
However I’d like to show you some photos of the place I would call my hometown – at least at the moment 🙂
Have a good Sunday!
