Did you know that one third of Germany’s space is covered by woods? I must admit that I didn’t know that!

In winter time it’s not very inviting to walk through the woods, depending where you are (it’s all muddy and wet). I grabbed my camera and did it anyways. My expectations in seeing anything spectacular weren’t very high though.

It was worth it, even when I hoped to see at least some birds.
