I hope you all had a great Christmas time and that you have some days off now. At least I don’t need to work the next days. Hopefully the weather is good enough to take some pictures, didn’t do this for a long time. We’ll see.

I thought about getting a trail camera for a longer time. I would love to see what’s going on outside when it is dark. I know that we have racoons, different owls or martens and even an otter. The problem: You cant’t see these animals at all, or you can just take a glimpse. Luckily Santa clause heard that and left a rail camera under the Christmas tree 😉 . The first thing I did was to put it directly in front of our front door. And I was a bit surprised that our neigbours cat and a marten found their way up the steps.

Today, I went into the woods and wrapped it around a tree. I hope to see some deer, wild boars or maybe something else. I will tell you in the next days!
